New year, new challenges!

It's 2019 and the new year always manages to spark some hope in most of us, in one way or another. I love planning my year ahead with concepts, even if sometimes with very broad ideas. Last year was the year I wanted to start improving myself as a person and working on some of my weaknesses. I didn't manage to combat all of them, but i can proudly say that I definetly put out a new foundation of how I wanted to continue to live my life.

With all of this said, 2018 was the year that I found my love for cooking and baking again, starting a small private instagram account to post whatever I felt like making during my days. Little did i know that It would spark my joy of cooking this much! Now in 2019, I'm looking forward to cook more at home, eat more healthy and intutively as well. To help motivate myself a little bit more, I decided to start this blog to start posting more recipies, meal plans as well as some information about food and It's health impacts!

As a foodie who also happens to be a medical student, nothing interest me more than how the food we eat can improve our health. I also want to make my recipes as easy and managable as possible, because everyone, whether you are a student with limited time, or an experienced cook, should be able to eat nice and wholesome meals at home. And of course, since I have somewhat of a sweet tooth, there will be plenty of sweet recipes aswell! I hope that you guys will follow my food journey and enjoy some of my recipes!
