Chia jam

I absolutely love jam, on my toast in the morning, with some cottage cheese as a snack or on my pancakes. However, I have had to avoid eating to much of it and only in small doses because most store bought options contain a lot of sugar. So i discovered Chia jam and I might never go back to store bought jam again! It's such a good substitute and allows you to adjust the sweetness by yourself. I usually make a batch and save it for the week, and I think it just gets better and better by each day! You can mix it up by using any frozen berries or fruit that you like, and just adjust the amount of chia based on the amount of liquid. Today I made a batch with mixed berries, blackberries, blueberries and raspberries. I used about a cup of berries that I had left to defrost, mixed in about 1 1/2 tbs of chia and about 1 1/2 tbs of agave syrup as the berries were quite tart.
